These terms apply when you use BLK ST33L (blkst33l.com), which is operated by KULTXR, Inc., a Nevada corporation ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.
Orders
Prices are in US dollars. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. An order is accepted when you receive your order reference and confirmation after payment succeeds. If a price or description on the site is wrong because of an error, we will tell you before we ship and you may cancel for a full refund. We may decline or cancel an order we cannot fulfil, and if we do we refund you in full.
Returns
Returns and refunds follow the shipping and returns policy linked at the foot of every page, which forms part of these terms.
Our content and marks
The site's design, text, images and the names and logos of our brands, including BLK ST33L, are our intellectual property or used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission. Third-party trademarks shown on the site belong to their owners.
Using the site
Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, to access accounts or data that are not yours, or to use it for anything unlawful.
Warranties
Products carry the warranties stated on their pages and any warranty the law gives you that cannot be excluded. Apart from those, the site and its content are provided "as is", and we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. This does not take away any protection the consumer law of the state you live in gives you.

We may update these terms; the effective date at the top shows when. Changes apply to orders placed after that date.
