Privacy

Effective date:

This policy explains what BLK ST33L (blkst33l.com) collects, why, who receives it, how long it is kept, and the choices you have. BLK ST33L is operated by KULTXR, Inc., a Nevada corporation ("we", "us").

What we collect

  • If you only browse. Nothing that identifies you. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for up to 90 days to operate and protect the site. Your bag is kept in your own browser and is not sent to us until you pay.
  • If you allow measurement. When you choose Allow on the measurement bar, we count page views: the address and type of each page, and whether it was the first page of your visit. No name, email, identifier or cookie goes with the count, and it is kept on our own servers. Choose No thanks and nothing is counted.
  • If you join the release list or ask for an alert. Your email address, the date you joined, and, for a restock or "I'd buy this" alert, the piece and size you asked about.
  • If you send us a message. Your name, email address, the topic you pick, the order reference if you give one, and what you write to us, plus the network address the message came from, which we keep for abuse investigation only.
  • If you look up an order. Your order reference and email address, used only to find that order.
  • If you place an order. What you ordered, your delivery name, address, email and phone number, and the order's progress. Payment is taken by Stripe on its own secure page; we never see or store your card details.

We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by California law (such as government ID numbers, precise geolocation, health information or account passwords in readable form), and we do not use any personal information to infer characteristics about you.

Why we use it

We use each category only for the purpose it was given for: to answer your message, to make and deliver your order and handle returns, to send the emails you asked for, to see which pages are read if you allowed it, to keep the site secure, and to meet our legal obligations, such as keeping tax records. Release emails, restock alerts and support messages are handled separately; joining one never enrols you in another.

Who receives it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We have not done either in the past 12 months.

We disclose personal information only to service providers that process it on our instructions and may not use it for their own purposes:

  • Amazon Web Services. hosts the site and stores and sends our messages.
  • Stripe. takes payment.
  • Carriers. receive the delivery details they need to deliver your order.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our customers and of us.

Cookies, tracking, Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and no third party collects information about you across other websites or over time through it. What is stored in your browser is there to make the site work: your bag, your answer to the measurement bar, and a note that a visit has already been counted.

Because we do no cross-site tracking, there is nothing for a Do Not Track signal to switch off; we treat it, and a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing of your information, and honour it automatically.

How long we keep it

  • Messages and requests: 3 years after you send them, sooner if you ask.
  • The network address recorded with a request: 90 days.
  • Restock and "I'd buy this" requests: 12 months after you make them.
  • Orders: 7 years, because tax and accounting law requires it.
  • Email list: until you unsubscribe. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link, and we keep a record that you unsubscribed so we never email you again.
  • Accounts and customer records: while the account or relationship is active, and deleted when you ask us to close it.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy (the right to know and to access);
  • correct information that is wrong;
  • delete it;
  • opt out of any sale or sharing of it. We do neither, and we honour the request anyway;
  • limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not collect any.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights: you will not be charged more or treated differently.

How to make a request: email LetsGo@kultxr.com from the address you used with us. We verify a request by confirming it comes from that address, and may ask one question about your order or message if we need to. An authorized agent may make a request for you with your signed permission. We answer within 45 days.

Appeals: if we decline a request, you can appeal by replying to our decision with "appeal" in the subject. We will answer within 45 days and, if we still decline, tell you how to contact your state attorney general.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

Personal information is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to the people who need it, and staff access requires multi-factor authentication. No system is perfectly secure, and if a breach affects you we will tell you as the law requires.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy we update the effective date at the top. If a change materially affects information you have already given us, we will tell you directly before it applies.
