We ship within the United States. Available services and their costs are shown at checkout before payment.

Delays

If your order will ship later than the date we gave you, we email you the new date before the original one passes. You can wait for it, or cancel and get a full refund. If we cannot ship it at all, we cancel the order and refund you in full.

Returns

Unworn items with original tags may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Call customer care on 714.202.6266 or email LetsGo@kultxr.com with your order reference to start a return.

Personalised and made-to-order items can be returned only if they arrive faulty or misprinted. Contact customer care with your order reference and what is wrong.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of your return reaching us.
